I had an amazing experience with Lovesome Moving Services! Jay and Markquist came through same day with almost no notice after my previous movers cancelled last minute to move my two-bedroom apartment in the HEAVY RAIN and still managed to make everything feel smooth and stress free. They handled all of my belongings with so much care and were incredibly efficient and professional.The owner, Mike, made the entire process even easier. He handled everything over the phone before and after the move, and his communication was clear, timely, and reassuring.Truly a 10/10 moving experience. I highly recommend Lovesome Moving Services and will definitely use them again!
This was by far the most devastating experience. The move required out of state. Complete breach of contract as they promised items would be handled with care. Let’s start by Mike the owner who is unprofessional and no costumer service etiquette. When the U-Haul truck arrived and the movers opened the door it was heart breaking to see my beautiful expensive items they way it came. Expensive painting down, with my tvs tossed on top, boxes and luckily the king size mattress was holding items back or it would have been worse. It was a complete disaster. The movers didn’t even know where to begin. My entertainment center that Mike unwrapped at pick up is destroyed. Which makes him liable due to me not giving permission to unwrap in the first place. Every single big item is destroyed, damaged. Entertainment center has grown men foot prints on it, no blankets placed down for protection during move. To put insult to injury he had the audacity to blame me for my wrapping/packing and precious movers. Complete lie. My items have been moved many times and out of state and never once were there any items messed up. The movers packed my storage unit just as bad as they packed the U-Haul truck. Throw in there, tubes held down with heavy item on top. I have to now hire movers to come and repack my unit. This company showed negligence, unprofessionalism, and carelessness. Do not hire this company. My pics will show proof.
Lovesome Moving Services absolutely knocked it out of the park for me today! I needed to move a massive 500-gallon aquarium from Rockwall to Arlington — not an easy task by any means. After another company canceled on me last minute, I called Lovesome at 10 AM, and unbelievably, they had a crew ready to move it by 3 PM the same day!They showed up in great spirits, worked incredibly hard, and handled everything with absolute care. Despite the size and difficulty of the job, they stayed positive the entire time and made sure the tank arrived in perfect condition. Their price was more than fair for such a huge and delicate move — truly great value.I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend Lovesome Moving Services!
