We had a terrible experience with this company and I would never do business with them again. The company broke expensive furniture, completely lost a large item, and charged us 2x the initial quote. They took no responsibility for this damage and the standard insurance policy has such a high deductible it’s practically worthless.

I was very impressed with the movers crew (Brandon, Shane and Jevon). They protected every single piece of furniture and glass, worked very efficiently, were friendly and personable, and it was simply a pleasure watching them work so well together. They even used the snowblower to clear the path around the house, so that they could get the treadmill out of the basement. Very grateful for their excellent work.
All crews are different I'm sure but mine smelled and looked high. Left probably $600 worth of stuff, I definitely know they stole a number of items because they never ended up in the new apartment and were stored with items that did. Office manager (Dorota) said it was my fault for not checking 40 boxes at 7pm at night with 3 high kids breathing down my neck to get out of the new place. Insanity in my 20 years of moving to various cities.
