My move simply couldn’t have been better and I am so thankful to have found Let’s Get Moving! My movers were so quick and professional, but also so careful with all of our belongings. Even when we hit a snag and couldn’t use the loading dock we expected to use, they were super professional and did incredible work. I hope I don’t have to move again soon, but if I do I know we will be calling Let’s Get Moving again!

I recently moved and had the absolute pleasure of having two movers (Diego and Khao) who went above and beyond. From start to finish, they were patient, extremely hardworking, and handled all of my belongings with great care. What stood out most was their friendly attitude—they made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and manageable. They never rushed, made sure everything was done properly, and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable with the process. Their professionalism and dedication really impressed me, and I truly believe they should be recognized for the outstanding job they did. If there’s any way their boss can reward or incentivize them for their effort, they’ve more than earned it. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for movers who are reliable, respectful, and genuinely committed to doing great work.

I was referred to this Moving company at the last minute, when I was booked on 04/29/2025. I couldn't get them to schedule me for May 1, 2025, when there was a deposit given to the company on 04/30/25, but when I spoke with the sales department they took the deposit, and I was able to get scheduled by this company a day before the 1st of May, 2025. After I made a reservation with the Moving company of Arlington, the moving crew which was (2) young gentleman it was a disappointment they were due to arrived at my resident from Virginia to DC at 8:55 a.m. they arrived late! I was very disappointed after the move because I had to talk with the Property manager at the new property, because there was reservation in place for the driver's to be at the Resident loading dock between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 o'clock, the movers got slow, all they had to do was load everything on the truck, all my items was boxed from the kitchen through the bedroom which was only (1) bedroom, when I made the reservation, put a deposit of $250.00 dollars, they had know problems but too get everything on the truck. They dragged their'll feet, they had not moved all the items in the kitchen area, after I asked them did they get all the items on the truck from the kitchen they (yes) we got everything from there. I had never been so humiliated in all my days, they took more time than what the Sales gentleman told me, I had to call the new Property because we loss reservation time of the loading dock, because of the driver and his other worker whom they took more time than what I was told, then when we arrived the driver went the wrong route which I was only moving a block from my old area where I left. They told me what the rate would be once they got the Moving items I had, plus the mileage, they did not had to come back to the old location after everything was on the truck, which was 4 hours, the driver called and spoke to a gentleman name Vu, he told him everything was OK, know damaged items, that was a lie, my glasses which I never had damaged before was broken properly boxed in a "HANDLE With CARE, on the box, when we arrived at the new resident, my glasses broken, 2. My daughter's her cup from Graduation, and another souvenir my other daughter bought me from Hollywood CA, was damaged. My fur coat, which was a gift, and that was ripped, and the box I had it in, was tampered through. The driver stated' quote they spent 7 hours moving, when they never had to return more than once after gathering all my boxes, know big items, but (2) sofas and a lamp with one bedroom set know dresser it was disspeakable, I was so disappointed I will never recommend this Moving company to anyone, I was overcharged first first quote, $864.62 dollars, then after I told the gentleman my China glasses was damaged, and my coat, then he quoted $844.02, I told him know, what are you going to do about my damaged items, he stated, nothing. I reported them to Better Business Bureau, I still have not gotten my refund,know compromising at all! I wouldn't recommend know one to this Moving company. Review items damaged, they don't care, they never mention about my damaged items, they are sorry.

They packed, moved, and unloaded like total pros, all while being super friendly and careful with my stuff.
