The Pheonix Movers team unloaded at 20 foot truck to our apartment. They were speedy but incredibly careful. They were patient and helpful as we tried to figure out where everything would fit. They even helped put out the rug and bed frame. As someone with a disability it was wonderful to have such a helpful and kind team!

I contracted Phoenix Movers to help me survive my move this summer. Without going into too many details, I can tell you that they are professionals. They listen and they address should you have any issues. Any mover will help you move, what matters to me is that if something goes wrong, how does one address that situation. During our move, I was impressed with the care they took to wrap our stuff and the care with which they carried the stuff in and out of the houses. Honestly, I have seen movers struggle with my all wood heavy couches. Phoenix Movers took a moment and thought about how they will handle the couch and took it out the door in one swift move. Raul knows what he does and is able to guide his team. Paulo is so dedicated and methodical, he put together my ikea bed without looking at the instructions. I just want to thank Phoenix Movers to help me with my move and for addressing the closing issues to our satisfaction.
