My experience with dry Ridge Movers Was 100% positive. This was my second move with them in 13 months. Jed organized it with efficiency and ease. Picking up in Black Mountain, North Carolina was the three man team of Erik, Adam and Justin, each of whom were a pleasure to work with… very polite, efficient, good natured, competent and intent on providing a relaxed moving experience. Just minutes into the job, I experienced a welcome wave of relief come over me after weeks of packing and preparation for the move. We had a great experience with Dry Ridge. We were not an easy customer. We kept having to change our moving and storage dates because of delays with our buyer. Jed was very understanding and accommodating. He made every effort to stay as close to our original bid as possible. The whole team was a pleasure to work with, Erik, Paulo, Adam & Justin were very polite and concerned about providing a good moving experience. It’s a tough job and they had a really good work ethic. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience using Dry Ridge Moving for a interstate move from Memphis, TN, to Asheville. Sean and Jed were immediately responsive to my initial email and quickly set up a video conference with Jed that led to a quick and accurate quote (that was less than other companies). They coordinated for local movers in Memphis to meet their drivers to help load the truck and found a great crew there that worked efficiently and handled our belongings with care. Their local team in Asheville coordinated using a shuttle to get our belongings up our very steep and winding gravel driveway and did it with ease. Their entire team was kind, polite, and excellent communicators. I would highly recommend Dry Ridge Moving.
The team of Erik and Jed and Sean did a fantastic job of arranging and conducting our move from Atlanta to Asheville. Their communication throughout the whole moving process was great and they were very well organized, Jed doing a video walkthrough of the space with us prior to the move. They accommodated the dates that we requested and arrived punctually exactly when they said they would. Erik, along with Martin, carefully wrapped our old and quite heavy family furniture in blankets followed with plastic wrap to keep everything safe and in place. Everything was transported on schedule safely to Asheville where it was unloaded and items placed exactly where we wanted them by Erik and Ricky. Throughout the move, the crew was considerate and friendly and made us feel very comfortable and in good hands. The crew are nice people and they made moving a welcoming low-stress experience. We would definitely call on them again for our next move!!
