I highly recommend Hero Piano Movers! This was not a easy piano to move, it was an early 1900's player that weighed at least 800 pounds. The crew was awesome took amazing care of my piano moved it locally to my son's house. Clay knows what he is doing he is a complete professional, from our first phone call making the arrangements, quoted me a fantastic price, sent me a contract, he's licensed and insured. Thank you so much for helping us!

Shiloh C.P. Church on Hero Piano Movers

Hero Piano movers did a great job in all aspects of moving the baby grand piano. Their website allowed us to enter in the exact information they needed to give us a fast and accurate quote with no additional fees added on during the move. They confirmed their arrival time and arrived as promised despite a lightning thunderstorm that could have prevented the move completely. Since they are PIANO movers and not just movers, they knew how to take the piano apart, put it back together, protect it, and play it to ensure that all was as it was before the move. They also were friendly and knowledgeable in how to move the piano not only safely but quickly since they have 5 yrs experience in moving just pianos. Their estimate was also half of the 1st estimate we got! Highly recommend!

Shelley Meredith McNeill on Hero Piano Movers

Highest recommendation for Clay and his crew. We had a difficult move with tricky uneven stone steps on a mountain and had gotten many rejections from other movers to attempt the move. They successfully delivered my grandfather’s grand piano with smiles. With a move so technical, their intra-communication was superb and calm as they problem-solved the terrain and ensured safety. These are music savants who happen to move instruments.

Brian Loftin on Hero Piano Movers

Clay and his gallant crew are fantastic. They moved a 1907 Steinway Grand from East Tennessee to Weaverville, NC, on time, and with impeccable attention to leverage, care, transport, assembly--anything you can think of. And they were all just super cool guys with an amazing attitude. They set up my piano just where I needed it, and made even some suggestions about its care. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
