So many pieces of our furniture, which was all brand new, was damaged. We couldn't be more disappointed. I emailed them and received no response. I do not recommend this company nor would we ever use them again.
These guys couldn't be better. On time! courteous, worked consistently, didn't even take a lunch break (ate in the truck while driving), did whatever I asked (which was a lot), called an extra guy to help and didn't charge me for him. And this was a tough job, moving a lot of heavy equipment. Incredibly reasonable. A pleasure to deal with. I will use !

Unfortunately, I had experienced two prior nightmares with moving companies, one stole from me, and the other damaged my belongings. Because of that, I had kept my things in storage out of pure fear of going through another bad experience.For about a week, I called around and spoke with several moving companies, but none made me feel comfortable enough to trust them. That all changed the moment I spoke with Josh. From our very first phone conversation, there was something about his voice, temperament, and professionalism that instantly put me at ease. I knew I had finally found the right company.Josh arrived with two incredible team members, Shamir and Rayshawn. I had never met these men before, yet they treated me like family, as if I were their mother, sister, aunt, or cousin. I had two full storage units, lived on the fourth floor with no elevator, and my stairway is extremely steep. Still, just the three of them worked seamlessly with a clear system, moving everything with precision, care, and professionalism.Because I was recovering from surgery and could barely move, the peace of mind they gave me meant everything. I didn’t have to hover, worry, or fear that my belongings would be broken or stolen. From the first item to the very last box, they handled everything with respect and care.On top of that, they assembled multiple items in my home, including my bed, table, and dresser with mirror, without hesitation. Even after hours of hard work, without having eaten, they still asked me if there was anything else I needed help with. I was completely blown away by their kindness, consideration, and genuine concern for my well-being.Their pricing was just as incredible as their service. For everything they did, I would have easily paid $3,000 or more elsewhere. What I received for the price I paid was truly unmatched, and I am beyond grateful.I will never hire another moving company. From this day forward, they are my family, and I will use them for all my moving needs. I had originally given a 5 star review, because they seemed to move very quickly. They requested a review while still at my house. I didn’t want to be rude, so I did it, because it felt like good service.Come to find out, the teenage boy didn’t get the last of the stuff I mentioned to him 3 separate times. He was lazy compared to the father & owner of the company. However, the owner Joshua packed my most fragile items beneath my heaviest boxes. BOOKS. I have fragile spiritual items that are destroyed. It was also incredibly hard to move crushed boxes. They were falling apart.I do not know how they have this many good reviews. I truly think its because they harrass people to sign a review before their service is even fully complete. I need to unpack my moving truck to see the extent of the damage. I made a big mistake trusting this company.When I called Joshua he says ‘oh. Sorry’ I asked him how this happened, and he said he remembered packing my truck but offered no explanation as to how this happened. Also offered no concern for my items. Just a mildly offensive ‘sorry’. As if he was obligated but didn’t actually care.I am considering putting in a dispute with my bank and sending them videos I have of how my fragile items were placed under large boxes of books.Terrible service. Very poor experience. They are not professionals. We paid almost $3000 to move and they damaged thousands of dollars worth of our belongings and both homes walls and flooring. We had just paid to have the new house painted before we moved in and there are holes in walls and scratches all over the place. Will continue to update post with more pictures as we get settled in and itemize full extent of damages. Despite all the damage we only wanted the washer/dryer replaced a value of $1200 since they were brand new prior to moving and were completely dented and scratched afterwards (see pictures), but company tried to offer us only an insulting $180!The movers did not even attempt to wrap the machines during the move so no surprise this happened. Unfortunately they did not want to use their insurance to make us whole. So we will be filing a lawsuit to recoup our damages instead. DO NOT HIRE these people. They are not uniformed, not professional at all. Day 2 movers literally forgot my grill/smoker and then shoved it forcefully into the truck at the front on top of all the stuff to get it to fit, crushing and damaging items behind. This company may even be lying about having insurance which would explain their refusal to cooperate. For the money you can hire a much better company, it is not worth the risk to your things!
