The most unprofessional company I have ever seen in my life. Movers were 2 hours late. They didn’t notify us we had to call them. After being 2 hours late they show up and immediately start moving our stuff. No walk through of any kind. Arrived at the new house and they unloaded everything and rushed out of here as soon as payment was sent. When we walked upstairs we seen paint scratched off of fresh painted walls, our dresser was broken, our deep freezer was scratched up an so was the washer and dryer. We over looked everything but the dresser. We wanted it fixed or replaced. They said someone would be here on the 17th of November and it is now Nov 24th an no calls no email no nothing. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Do not call these people. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I never leave reviews but this was ridiculous on all levels.
They were the worst. I highly recommend that you do not use this company. They showed up two hours late prior to moving. We had other appointments to get to. We were held up by them because they said they had a flat tire. We only waited two hours for them to break our dressers, scratch our deep freezer and scratch our sofa set on top of that, They took paint off of the Walls in our new home after asking them to be careful while they were taking the items upstairs for them to say they were a 15 year veteran in the moving business which was really mediocre!!!! we were told they were coming back on the 17th to fix our dresser. If you see what today’s date is that lets you know they do not honor their word for them to be an insured company, They didn’t even compensate us for the two hours that they were late or at least give us our deposit back for breaking our things. they only have one number because they’re scared to pick up the phone when someone is calling about their property being damaged. Only one person picks up the phone. You would never talk to the big hats of the company at all just someone who sits at the desk.
I would like to thank Elite Movers ATL for the outstanding service they provided during my recent move. Each mover was highly skilled, and ensured that all my belongings were packed and transported safely. Their professionalism and attention to detail were commendable. I would highly recommend their services.
