Phenomenal service from start to finish. The crew arrived on time despite cold, icy conditions and never once rushed or cut corners. They were exceptionally careful with my belongings and packed my storage unit with a level of organization and professionalism I honestly haven’t seen in a long while. Everything was wrapped, stacked, and secured thoughtfully, maximizing space while protecting each item. Efficient, respectful, and clearly experienced—this is how moving should be done. Highly recommend without hesitation.
We had a great experience with our move. Heru and Zack were fantastic-polite, kind, and very patient while moving our heavy furniture. They worked carefully, listened to our requests, and made the whole process much easier and stress-free. Kayla, our local estimator, was also very helpful and professional. We truly appreciate the whole team’s hard work and would happily recommend them.
They left most of my belongings in my apartment and said it was due to hazardous conditions (mold spot on ceiling). It was no help to me to leave some things, now I have make arrangements again to have the remaining items moved. The men were not prepared. They showed up at 858, which was still in their window from 8-9 but only by 2 minutes. They didn't have anything to drink and sent my mom to the store for Gatorade. When I contacted the office the manager said I would have to book services again. Customer service just isn't customer service anymore.
