AMAZING!!! Excellent from start to finish. U-Pack consultant Kevin got me the best rate possible to include a senior discount (AARP). I used the service center in Amarillo, Tx. The driver on site, Mike, was extremely helpful. I reserved 15 feet of 28 feet. I only used 9, so U-Pack only charged me for 9 not for the 15. The delivery driver, I believe his name is Will, handled the drop off extremely professionally. My move from Amarillo, Tx to the Chicago area was great thanks to U-Pack. Do the math. U-Pack will save you money and time.
I highly recommend the Pack trailer service. It is way cheaper than full-service movers, with flexibility over the size of your cargo, and honest and transparent pricing. Does your stuff take up more space than you thought? No problem, UPack offer s a clear and very reasonable rate if you use more space than expected. Even better, if you use less space, you get to pay less! Customer service staff was very clear and helpful, the trailer arrived on time for both loading and unloading, and the drivers were very courteous and helpful. I recommend hiring professional loaders on each end. A terrific service: this is the only way I will move going forward!
First time user (and I have moved 9 times). Moved from Chicago metro to Detroit Metro. Used two cubes, and their moving service. It does take a bit more planning to make this all work. Getting cubes dropped, coordinating with packing teams, etc. But will save you a ton of money. Tips: have double the packing blankets you think you need to protect the furniture. Pack your boxes really well (with lots of padding). Buy the locks that can't be cut with bolt cutters in your cubes will sit in a public space like apartment complex. All in all a really positive experience.
My son moved from Michigan to San Diego in late June 2019 and U-Pack was hassle-free, always professional and on time!! It was a big move but everything worked perfectly. We even hired 2 movers via U-Pack in Michigan and then in San Diego and they also were on time and hard workers. Without a doubt, we would use them again!!
