Great experience with Ecoway Movers during our move in Aurora. The movers were amazing and truly went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. They were very respectful, hardworking and focused on working quickly while still being careful with every detail.One part of the move that really stood out was when they had to move a washer and dryer from a very narrow space. The movers handled it professionally and managed to get everything out safely without causing any damage.They were also very considerate while working inside the house and made sure not to wake our baby who was taking a nap during the move. That level of care meant a lot to us. We will definitely be using Ecoway Movers again in the future.
Ecoway Movers really came through for us. Getting the exact moving date we wanted wasn’t simple, yet Felix from customer service managed to make it work, which I genuinely appreciated. That flexibility alone reduced a lot of pressure on our side. In Aurora, around Bayview Wellington, the movers arrived a little ahead of schedule and immediately got organized. After positioning the truck and doing a quick walkthrough of the furniture including pieces from the garage and patio they got straight into it.They were extremely thorough with wrapping and protection. Larger items were carefully padded, and things like table legs were properly removed before loading. It definitely takes extra time when movers are this careful, but it shows in how well everything is protected. We had already moved a few fragile pieces ourselves beforehand, which helped things move along even more smoothly. The lead mover, Anthony, was especially helpful and very easy to communicate with. Friendly, patient, and clearly experienced. He even helped with small unexpected things, like assisting with hardware and making sure certain items were set up properly. There was a bit of effort needed with one furniture piece at the new place, but he stayed focused until everything was sorted correctly.Very solid experience from start to finish. Ecoway Movers left a great impression on us.

These movers were FANTASTIC! We completed our move in two parts to accommodate the large amount of belongings we had, as well as the timing of buying our new home and selling the old one. Both moves went incredibly smoothly from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and the movers showed up right on time on both days. They were total professionals—fast, careful, friendly, and always smiling. They honestly made a very frazzled situation feel calm and manageable. I’ve never met movers who worked so hard. Even after a very long moving day (almost 12 hours—we definitely underestimated how much we had!), the movers were still joking with us while reassembling our furniture. We fully expected to be left to do that ourselves, but nope they handled it all. I will absolutely call Ecoway Movers again for any future move. I’ve never hired a company I can recommend this highly. Great movers, friendly service, and reasonable, transparent pricing what more can you ask for?
