Laura, Pablo, and James did an absolutely amazing job packing our furniture. They were incredibly careful and paid close attention to every detail, making sure everything was protected properly. At the same time, they worked fast and efficiently without ever cutting corners.What really stood out was how they treated our belongings as if they were their own. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right. On top of that, they were friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.Packing is usually something I dread, but they truly made it a positive and stress-free experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers who are reliable, efficient, and respectful of your home and belongings.
PHENOMENAL experience with Mike & Brandon. I was blown away by how hard Mike worked to ensure everything I needed to ship was carefully arranged and packed! He advised as things progressed so I could swap a few things out and make it work. We got sooooo much into this small crate. Mike completed this in record time, while Brandon steadily kept up with the tracking and paperwork. These fellows had a very positive disposition and were lovely to work with during this incredibly stressful time (I'd only had a few days to prepare!) I do have to say that throughout the international shipment process start to finish, these fellows at Mesa were the ONLY ones who delivered above and beyond. They are the real backbone of an international move process, so if you get the chance to request them, you should! But makes me believe that Mesa Moving & Storage has a good team over all so you're likely good in their hands with any of their movers. Request this company for the packing if you can! Excellent moving service from Pablo, James and Joshua of Mesa Moving and Storage. Pablo, James and Joshua moved a large, heavy 2-piece solid cherry wardrobe, dresser and box from my son's home to mine. Pablo and his team arrived right on time. They were very careful, considerate and efficient. Delivered items with no damage, put mats and plastic down so they would not track snow in my house, placed the furniture exactly where I wanted. They even moved the dresser to another room so the wardrobe would fit in the space I chose. After all the furniture was in place, they even put the sliders under all the furniture for me. Highly recommend Pablo, Joshua and James.
Martin and Josh were a-MAZING! They communicated well the morning of the pick-up, making sure they knew the sizes and number of furniture pieces I had. They showed up with brand new blankets and a spotless truck (inside and out). They were completely knowledgeable about the packing process and explained the how and why to me. There are a lot of forms to sign at the end, all necessary and well explained, but go inside if it's cold! ?? I received an email of the inventory within minutes and a notification from the next set of movers by early afternoon. Btw, the scheduler was just as great. Highly recommend this company, Martin and Josh!!
Both gentlemen were fabulous; very personable and friendly! They removed all my excess moving boxes and wrapping paper quickly and diligently. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to hire their services again - excellent work ethics.
