I purchased an Arhaus table a couple weeks before Christmas as we decided to host my big family for the holiday. I knew it would be a close Call to have it delivered in time but I kept an eye on the movement of it and decided to call the delivery company to see if we could fit it in. I spoke to Philip who went above and beyond to fit in our delivery two days before Christmas. He did this even though their delivery routes were already scheduled out and initially told me he didn’t think it would be possible before Christmas. He was able to move things around and fit our delivery in which I was very thankful for. He was efficient and courteous! Moreover, Alejandro called me when he was on the way to deliver our table. He was very polite and even put on shoe covers without me asking him and setup and delivered our beautiful table swiftly and efficiently. They didn’t leave one piece of packaging behind and were out the door in 30 minutes. This was the epitome of white glove delivery service from the very beginning!
We did an interstate move. Process was great on all aspects. Communication was great from the start to finish. Handling and packing was completed with care and the team was super friendly. Delivery was on time, fast and (again) the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything went great! I would use Berger again without hesitation.
These guys were amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly respectful—not just to me, but also to my home and furniture. They took great care to keep everything clean and handled everything with care. Communication was excellent the whole way through, and they delivered exactly what they promised, right on time. Super fast, professional, and easy to work with. Would absolutely hire them again!
