First time using a moving company, didn’t know what to expect. It was a next day job but the associate helped get it scheduled and into my budget. Christian and the other mover communicated everything clearly, moved everything quick and with care. Appreciate the job they did and will recommend two men and a truck to everyone I know if they move.

Two Men and a Truck has supported us with so many events, including moving and storage. They are prompt, reliable and so well trusted within our team.

We recently had a move and Two Guys and A Truck came through. The office staff were absolutely a delight to work with. Cory even called mid move to make sure things were going well. But the stars of the show were Christian and Russ. They both worked effectively and efficiently. Not even one scratch. Both are hard working individuals who put my family and I at ease. Both had a cheerful disposition and were absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you!!!

The movers were clumsy, inexperienced, and not built to move furniture. They damaged our wood plank floors, doorframe, and an expensive recliner. Management sent another office employee with no experience in handywork or flooring to fix our damaged floors. When the work was complete, the floors did not look like they did before. We asked for compensation to hire a licensed contractor to fix the botched job and Two Men and Truck denied that request. We ended up paying a fortune out of pocket and receiver $0 for the floors.

We were provided only $60 as compensation to fix our $2k+ brand new recliner.

We were provided only $100 to compensate damage to our real wooden doorframe.

I would recommend against hiring this company if you have furniture that needs to be handled with care and/or sensitive flooring and walls in your home. This company does not care about their customers. We thought we were in good hands with a larger company that had insurance, however you are better off saving money by hiring someone off of task rabbit. If you can avoid Melissa from Management. Melissa is not concerned with anything except making a quick buck even when she admits that fault is 100% theirs. She will gaslight you to the grave so that she doesn’t have to shell out $1. Melissa is not trustworthy and couldn’t care less about customer experience. In total, we walked away with $160 To fix damaged floors, damaged door frames, and a broken recliner.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They helped coordinate a move from California to Idaho for me and were incredibly helpful and patient. The local team in California put up with me as I rescheduled my move 4 separate times due to changing circumstances. Melissa, Veronica, and Dennie were all incredibly patient and accommodating the entire time, and never made me feel bad for rescheduling and having a million questions. We used their crate services for our move and they were forthcoming with the price from the get go and even helped save me money on cost when our dates shifted. I really appreciated the transparency and personality through the whole process. The actual moving team was very efficient and took plenty of time and care ensuring our items were packed safely and securely. Could not recommend them enough!
