I had a great experience start to finish with Hansen’s. I needed Famiky antiques and heirlooms moved and stored relatively quickly due to a death. Crystal came out and provided a quote based on my needs for moving and storage and quickly scheduled the appointment. Chuy and Enoch came out and carefully wrapped, loaded, and transported my items to the local warehouse for storage as discussed. Overall A++ experience. My Family has used Hansen’s for decades and I would not use anyone else. Chuy and Enoch were the BEST.
We used Hansens to move into a home and I can’t put into words how helpful they were. Crystal set us up with the appointment and answered all of our questions. She inspected our place and provided an accurate estimate without any hidden fees or unnecessary items. She was very forthcoming.On moving day Ernesto and Joseph were our crew. They showed up on time, respectful and professional. We were worried about how long the whole project would take since it is billed by the hour. But they had us packaged up, moved into the home and furniture put back together all within our desired timeframe. Me and my wife were truly impressed. They took all the stress out of the traditional moving day. They even made an extra stop, helped me move items into my truck and took a full load to storage for us.I can honestly say we’ll never move again without Hansens.
I can’t explain how amazing the great group of people who helped us move my parents from Bakersfield to Tucson are. They were so quick, efficient , friendly, and just outright amazing. Crystal met me at the house to start and she made the whole process easy and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The movers who came for the final pack up and move process were great. Chuy and Alexander did a great job moving me from Bakersfield to Ft Collins. From Jim’s initial walk through to the final move, everyone was so helpful . Chuy and Alexander went beyond their job description in making sure everything was done right. They worked extremely hard to get all my cartons and furniture moved into my new home. They made a hard move much easier for me. I really appreciate the super job they did??
