They were such great movers. You could tell they had a lot of experience. The guys were very friendly and the pricing is very much perfect
I hired Superior Movers to move my grand piano. The movers themselves were genuinely great guys respectful, polite, and willing to work hard. The issue was not their attitude, but that they arrived completely unprepared for a job of this size. There simply were not enough men with the strength needed, and I had to step in and do a significant amount of the heavy lifting. Without my help and my keen eye, the piano would have been damaged or dinged multiple times, which is not acceptable when handling such a valuable and delicate instrument.They also informed me that they do not carry cargo or in transit insurance, meaning any damage during transportation would not be covered. Because of this, I had to acquire my own separate transit insurance at my own expense, which cost me hundreds of dollars on top of the moving fee.The movers were very nice and did their best, but the situation required my manpower and oversight to prevent serious damage. Given all of that, a credit on my bill would have been entirely appropriate.
I can not tell you how amazing it was to have Sumanpreet and Gursewak as my movers today! These two worked very hard and never wavered. I highly recommend these two movers. So polite and highly efficient. I have move many times throughout my lifetime, and by far have never had such a positive experience. I enjoyed working with these two!
