The 2 men who showed up were veryPolite and nice.However, they did not use plastic wrap on couch just threw covers on it. So my leather couch was scratched. They didn’t use door jam covers which would have prevented scratching as well. . Be sure to check everything.They worked very fast.They had to return on the second day to finish up. They were on time and got the job done.
Dorian and Oliver were the best for our state to state move. They were both timely and patient. We really appreciated everything they did to make our move as seamless as possible. Be safe and take care ????
We had an amazing experience with Theolois and crew. They were friendly, respectful, and careful with our furniture and home. They paid extraordinary attention to the walls, doorways, floors, and even light fixtures, which we really appreciated. They also have a great work ethic and accomplished more than what my family could’ve done in a week. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for great movers!
Comically awful. We hired them in a jam and a crew of 3 put in a hard day's work loading a 26 foot truck. Perfectly nice guys and we liked them fine. But little did we know that despite charging us liberally for materials they didn't see fit to cover a piano, for one example, with even a simple moving blanket. Instead our beautiful Yamaha upright was gouged awfully and many other things were simply destroyed for being basically thrown randomly into the trailer. Looks like they have some decent reviews too so maybe you'll get lucky but they ruined thousands of dollars of our belongings in a way that could've been easily avoided with a semblance of care for our stuff, a couple more moving blankets and some ratchet straps. Use at own risk.Edit: I had barely even looked at the extent of damage when I first wrote this. I'll post photos later but in no uncertain terms, this is like a parodies caricature of the worst movers on earth. Basically every piece of furniture is gouged or smashed, the moving blankets we gave the movers are still wrapped and we'lre not used, every place a box was marked "fragile" it got placed at the bottom of the pile with heavy book boxes on top. etc. Basically the same effect as hiring your worst enemies to destroy all your belongings. The claims department couldn't care less and essentially told us the insurance is infinitesimal. Run, do not walk, away from this company, at your own peril.
We will hands down recommend "All My Sons". The most professional and knowledgeable group of guys. They handled every item with amazing care. The communication between them and us was great. I had things picked up from one house, dropped off at storage then the rest brought to another my home, without a hiccup. Absolutely made moving a breeze
