Had two movers come on time and did a great job no complaints about that. My biggest complaint is that they didn’t bring a big enough truck so they loaded what they could and then drove to the new place which is 35 minutes away from the old one and then I had to drive back to the old house so someone else could meet me with a truck to load the rest of my items. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal if I wouldn’t have had to wait for 3 hours for the second truck to show up. So what should have been a 5 hour job turned into an all day thing that involved me waiting for several hours. Don’t get me wrong if they would have had the right size truck it would have gotten a 5 star.
Highly recommend! My partner and I got a house and they took care of 2 three bedroom apartments in just 6 hours. This was a large move and they handled it literally without breaking a sweat. They treated our belongings with the upmost care and as if it were their own. I’ve used other moving companies before, Smoove Movers blows the competition out of the water!
Excellent service! They were so quick and professional. They wrapped my furniture, made sure nothing got damaged, and also were cautious about my place’s carpet and walls.
