We are military family and went through safe ship to get scheduled with movers and we were told no boarders moving and storage was who we got. We had tons of issues that I could all day on about. But as you know if you are military weight tickets are super important. After many phone calls many of which I stressed we needed them. They came with nothing !!!! I’ve called many times and get sent to voicemail. I’ve tried leaving voicemails to get calls back and nothing. When I called the first time I was told they would get back to me. They never did. I’m so irritated. Please all military families watch out !!!! I talked to Rodrigo and made sure he knew I needed them.
I moved on October 2, 2025 and everything went very well. Curt, Andy and Stephen were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate all their hard work. Thank you!
