We used Gerold Moving for what my family hopes to be our last move across country. The service we received was top notch. Our representative stayed in regular contact with us from the start to the completion of our move. When plans changed, they were very adaptable to our situation. Their packers were very quick and professional. On our move, the loaders and unloaders were equally as professional and fast. Our overall experience with Gerold Moving was great.

Great experience with Gerold Moving. Chad was excellent to work with and he explained the entire process of moving from Illinois to Oklahoma. We were given a very fair price for the move and the movers were prompt and very professional! Ryan was fantastic to work with and the movers were very professional. They showed up on time and loaded our entire four bedroom house in about six hours. Our property was delivered to our new home in Oklahoma on time and undamaged! Chad, Ryan and their crew made a very stressful, first-time long distance move a much easier experience than we expected! I highly recommend using Gerold moving for any long distance move!

These dudes are money!! Everyone of the workers I’ve met through my moves have been eager to help and are professional. They go the extra mile - so much so that during a box pick up later after my move I took a risk and asked if they could help me move an old couch from my basement to the garage. They were the original company that moved us in. I was ok if they couldn’t. I completely understand. But I could definitely use the manpower at the moment due to my bum foot. They didn’t hesitate. For this selfless action, at the end of their work day too me being their last stop, I am grateful to these two gents! Need a moving company? This is it! No issue. Excellent customer service and rapid response. They took utmost care of the house in the process too.

We have hired Gerold Moving 3 times. Twice to move our complete house and this last time to move very heavy, but delicate, equipment to the second floor. Not only does this company hire people who REALLY know what they're doing, they are great guys! All three times all went smoothly with zero damage to anything. When more moving needs to be done we will call on Gerold Moving again--count on it!
