I highly recommend Zap Movers. Julio and Jusem were awesome. They shrink wrap to all my furniture and moved everything in a short amount of time. They were very professional and very careful.It's an amazing story the way I found Zap Movers.More than a year ago Verizon wireless had an outage. Many of us went to the store thinking something was wrong with our phones. There was a lady that came in the store in panic because she needed to call her Movers to tell them that she needed to reschedule.She was scheduled for that morning. I have two phones and one of my phones was working. I let her use my phone. I was looking to move even then I have been trying to move for more than a year. I asked her the name of the company. I put in my contacts Zapt Movers Verizon.So glad I was able to help her and in return I was Blessed with the most amazing moving experience I've ever had. Thank you Zapt Movers!
Zapt Movers is amazing in customer service and also moving day service. George was my contact and he is very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I had an inventory list of move items that changed daily and he was very kind and accommodating. Carlos with an extra helper arrived on time on moving day and they were very careful and attentive to instructions. Overall I am happy with Zapt ‘s service and would recommend them as well as the great prices.

Their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes, but the quality of service truly stood out. The crew arrived on time, came prepared, and got straight to work.Justin and Raul were efficient, and clearly experienced, while still being very careful with our belongings. Furniture and boxes were handled with care, and they took the time to make sure everything was properly protected during the move. The team was professional, polite, and worked together seamlessly, which made the whole process feel organized and stress-free.Moving is rarely fun, but Zapt Movers made it as smooth as it could possibly be. If you’re looking for movers who are reliable, hardworking, fairly priced, and respectful of your things, they’re a solid choice. My wife and I are absolutely pissed at our moving experience with this company. This is the 2nd time that we used them and the 2nd time they messed up our items.We utilized them last year for a local move. During that move, they scratched our brand new dresser. It was not even a year old. Wife reached out to them and they provided her with a refund of $55 and am apology!! She accepted it.Fast forward to our 2nd move. Leading up to the move, we spoke to a representative and informed him that we did not want any issues with our furniture being messed up. We reminded him of the last issue (He automatically knew what we were referring to). He stated that there would be no issues and that they would ensure if it. So we agreed to book with them again. BIG MISTAKE!!Here were the issues:1st- instead of them asking for support in how to remove the legs off of the dresser, they automatically pulled instead of twisting it off. They ripped off piece of the wood that the leg twists into so now it no longer twists.2nd- They scratched up our mirror which means that poorly secured it and probably had something laying on top of it.3rd. They broke a piece of our portable wardrobe closet so nor one side is not held up.We are not willing to accept $55 this go around.I will be emailing them and calling to get a proper solution. They broke our items that we paid for and they did not really even give an apology in the moment. This is absurd
Very pleasant experience. The movers were on time, professional and efficient. They finished before the quoted time and cleaned up after themselves. 10/10
