Car was picked up by carrier then sat in same state for over 2 weeks. Things happen, but the only time JS contacted me was 24 hours before to tell me it wasn't coming on my delivery date. They apologized then promised itd be there by Monday. It was not there on Monday and I had to reach out to get an update. I was then told itd be delivered tuesday and wednesday. It was finally delivered on Thursday. The vehicle was picked up on Dec 9th 2025 and wasn't delivered until Jan 1, 2026.JS provided around a 15% refund for this mishap, which is absolutely unacceptable given the time frame. Keep in mind, it took around 2 weeks to even find a carrier. This entire process was almost a month and half to get my vehicle delivered. If I knew that in advance I would have never used them.
Fantastic Service. My Mercedes Benz guy recommended this company to transfer my MB across country. Julie answered the line and was very efficient and informative. The cost was reasonable and actually less than I anticipated. The service went without a hitch and all arrangements and phone call notifications followed accordingly. We were delighted that it all worked smoothly and timely. No delays, no failures on communication AND great follow-up after the transport to double check process went well. I will definitely use them again.
Got new vehicle delivered from out of state dealership. Process was very smooth and fast - they directly worked with dealership to arrange pick up, photos, etc. Communication was great, it was easy to plan around the delivery date / time. I could not be there for delivery, so had to delegate pick up to a friend - very accommodating and no issues with that. Happy with a new car!
J&S Transport is great! Communication through the entire process is exceptional. Their website addresses all of the questions you might have and many you probably haven't thought about. I shipped an extended cab Sierra pickup from Missoula, MT to Mahnomen, MN, which is a little more than 1,000 miles. The truck arrived safe and sound in 2.5 days. I trust J&S and will definitely call them the next time I need a vehicle transported across the country.
