Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful, and this seemed to be the answer to my storage and relocation needs.The trailer was dropped off on the date and time I requested by a driver who was at the end of his rope because the truck was breaking down. Because of truck mechanical problems, the truck was 2 or 3 days late picking up the trailer.I was using the storage unit for several months, adding and removing items as needed.The first time I stopped, the trailer was backed up against trees and bushes that I had to push aside to access the trailer door. It was then that I became aware of a 2 to 3-inch gap at the top of the door, making this a perfect place for rodents to enter and nest over the winter.Scott suggested filling the gap with foam (pool noodle) which I did once the trailer was moved to a more accessible location.The next visit my brother-in-law noticed several rivets/screws missing from the metal sheeting that covers the outside of the trailer, causing gaps in the siding. I pointed this out to employee Jim, who was very helpful and said Ashley could fix that by putting new rivets or screws in.The next time I stopped, Ashley had completed most of the addition of new screws, with the exception of one area. Jim assured me that would be completed that day.The next time I stopped there was a bend in a corner of the metal sheeting near the ground, causing a gap large enough for me to put my hand in and reach the packing blanket - not a very secure unit! (See photo)Long story short, while the staff do what they can (4?), this is an antiquated storage trailer in poor condition, not worth the headaches and $264/month rent.(1?)If you decide to rent a Go Mini trailer, be sure you get one of their newer units.

Go Mini's was a perfect solution to meet the needs of our moving situation as we were in flux for a couple of weeks. We were able to load at our own pace and then have the unit moved to our new location where it waited until we were able to unload it. Working with Go Mini's (mostly Brent) was a pleasure, calls were almost always answered and if not messages were returned promptly. They answered all of my many questions, had great, friendly customer service and were incredibly easy to work with. This is a great flexible way to move and I would highly recommend.
Go Mini was the perfect solution for my remodel needs. My General Contractor moved up the start of construction and I had 4 days to empty the lower level of my home. I was able to reserve the storage container on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Monday. Sales rep John Hoffman was great to work and the driver of the container kept me informed regarding the exact time of delivery. I will use Go Mini again in the future.
We reserved a unit and it was delivered on time, the driver gave us tips on packing the unit to prevent damage to our property, and parked the unit as requested. When it was time to relocate the unit, they were right on time and delivered to the new location without any glitches. When we were ready to have the unit removed, they promptly came and got it. Using the Go Mini made our move so much easier then anticipated. Highly recommended using one.
