Qshark did an efficient job at moving us from our two story walk up into our new first floor flat. They showed up on time called first to say they were ten minutes away too. Manfred, David,and Maurice jr., were friendly and polite while they delt with some challenging details, they remained calm, communicated well between themselves and are overall a great team. Qshark will be recommend for fair no nonsense pricing, and for sending us a quality team and a very nice truck.
Yesterday, I moved from Deerfield Beach, Florida to Port St Lucie, Florida. I used Qshark mostly because of their high ratings and their very thorough, professional, and courteous customer service who worked with me on every detail of my move and gave me a very fair quote. The movers who came to my house, David and Maurice were exemplary. They were kind, communicative, helpful, an extremely hard working. I was really blown away by how above and beyond they went, treating my stuff like it was theirs. I hope the company knows how blessed they are that their most important employees, these people who do the labor we're paying for, represent them so well. I can only be so lucky to have the same experience if I ever move again.

I believe many of this company’s five-star reviews are fake. This was one of the worst moving experiences we have ever had. I gave one star to post this review. They should have a zero stars option.We hired Qshark Moving Company for a local move, and it turned into a stressful, unsafe, and damaging experience from start to finish.The crew arrived an hour late and worked for nearly twelve hours on what should have been a simple three-bedroom condo move. They were slow, careless, and unprofessional. The lead mover complained throughout the day and became irritated when I contacted the office about damage, even telling me to stop calling his manager.Significant damage occurred to our belongings and the property.• Our TV console was broken beyond repair.• One patio chair and our floor lamp were damaged.• Our sofa cushions were used to brace furniture in the truck, leaving them dirty and discolored.• The movers broke the elevator at our condo building, trapping furniture overnight. The fire department had to intervene the next day to retrieve the items.Most concerning was the physical altercation between two movers at the end of the move, which resulted in one worker appearing to suffer a broken jaw. He came to us bleeding and handed us a phone to speak to 911 since they only spoke Russian. My husband stayed outside with the injured mover until the police and an ambulance arrived. Officers searched for the other mover on foot and with drones, and he was located later and arrested.Many items were left in our garage rather than being moved into the appropriate rooms. They complained that several pieces of our furniture would not fit up the stairwell to the second floor of our townhome. Thankfully, we had two men installing the wall mounts for of TV’s on site. They were kind enough to carry the items upstairs for us. We have moved several times over the years and have never experienced anything remotely close to this level of unprofessionalism and chaos.To make matters worse, Qshark is now attempting to avoid resolving these issues. They even sent us a contract with signatures that were not ours, after forgetting to have us sign one on moving day.We trusted this company with our home and belongings and deeply regret that decision. I strongly encourage anyone considering Qshark Moving Company to look elsewhere.Since the matter remains unresolved, I have shared an honest public review here on Google detailing our experience and will be submitting a formal complaint with the BBB and appropriate consumer agencies.
