They were hard working young men that were polite and conscientious of our furniture. They had a minor mis-hap with the water hose on the refrigerator which was immediately brought to our attention with concern. I was asked to take a picture and send it to the office. Bluebird responded very quickly and informed me that they would take care of it anyway I felt comfortable. I was extremely pleased with their quick response and professional courtesy. I called an appliance repair co. that said that the service call would be $160. and that would not guarantee the repair. I went to YouTube and then to Lowe's and was able to fix it without any additional parts or cost. It was a simple fix. I was delighted that Bluebird was honest and proactive and we had an easy fix. Hopefully I won't be moving again anytime soon but Bluebird is definitely has 5 stars.
Bluebird Moving made everything go so smooth with our move on Thursday, the guys we had help us were so helpful and willing to make it as smooth as possible by disassembling and assembling furniture, and also moving boxes and furniture to places that they needed to be. Honestly my wife and I have no ideas for rooms on improvement, we have nothing but good things to say and will definitely recommend to anyone that needs future movers. Thank you again for taking the stress out of this move.
Great overall experience and No hidden fees! Timely arrival and easy planning. My movers, Mitchell and Ryan did a great job and took careful consideration of my more fragile items. My ultra flat screen was transported safely. They were efficient and had good communication.
Jesse and Ryan were fantastic! They met up with us at storage, loaded up what we needed, delivered and set our appliances where we needed them, then loaded up our old refrigerators and ran them down the road to my daughters house and set them up for her. They were very kind, extremely respectful and got it all done in quick and efficient manner.Thank you for excellent service and having employees who aren’t just moving things from place to place, they are making sure customer satisfaction is spot on!Thanks for taking time to go a step further and make sure my daughter’s appliances were up and running before leaving, Jesse and Ryan! You guys are kickass!
Bluebird made my move a breeze. Love that the pricing is posted on their website. Setting up my appointment was quick and easy, and there was good communication up through moving day. The team was able to arrive a little ahead of schedule, got the job done within the expected time frame, and was a pleasure to work with. I've moved a number of times, and this was one of my best experiences. Highly recommend!
