They were late to pick up from my old place and were very unprofessional over all commenting about my house. The company was very difficult to reach the entire trip and getting a time frame out of them was like pulling teeth. I did move halfway across the country but it took 3 weeks to receive my stuff. It wasn’t even that much, just a couch and a few boxes. Then on the day before delivery I was told they would come some time in the morning so I took off work accordingly but late tha night I got another phone call saying in the afternoon. I had to fix that with my work and took off at noon. I finally got a phone call from head quarters saying some time after 1. The driver called me at 2 saying he’d be there in thirty minutes and didn’t arrive till 4. The guys were nice and all but there was a lot of complaints about me living on the 4th floor even though the elevator was able to fit everything in 3 trips and every single box was slightly damaged when it arrived. Thankfully only a few things had significant wear and they weren’t super important but it is all very inconvenient. Please
Worst military move ever!! Most all of our stuff was damaged, every piece of furniture is damaged, things missing, items left at the house that I ended up having to take myself or leave, parts to furniture is missing so we had to buy new furniture. Computer monitor was wrapped in one of our carhartt jackets and placed in a box with a grease gun so it’s ruined. Our stuff was supposed to have been sent to Illinois for storage after packing but they decided to keep it in Louisiana, I’m assuming to pocket the storage pay. That’s the only reason they would have needed to keep it in Louisiana. Everything smelt like cigarettes once it did arrive to Illinois, TWO days after scheduled delivery. Scheduled delivery for one day but didn’t schedule anyone to unload to truck until the next day. Overall terrible experience.
They broke everything, and what they didnt break they loss like our King size matress. If you don't care about your belongings go with them, and if you're PCSing require that they assign you a new vendor.
Worst moving experience ever. I had A LOT of broken furniture, nothing that was fragile was insulated…just wrapped in paper and thrown into a box with other things, beds were missing the hardware so it couldn’t be put together and the boxes for clothes were put together by a single strip of tape…my clothes were literally falling out of boxes as they were being taken off the truck. The lack of care for the customers is disheartening
Incredibly unprofessional. I am in the military and during my latest move they picked up our contract. The first crew left a ton of stuff unpacked and the second crew told us it wasn’t their job to pack it and they left it behind. We had to throw most of it out. The movers also made condescending comments about our home and our belongings, often complain about how much stuff they had to move. Additionally while my wife was picking something up of the floor, one of the movers said “I wouldn’t mind hitting that” My wife was there alone while caring for our 5 mo son and felt very afraid as she had three large men in the house. On top of all of this a significant amount of our stuff showed up broken beyond repair. Do not hire these people!
