These are hands down the best movers in Toronto GTA! So accommodating, hard working without any breaks. We had initially planned for 3 hours but ended up taking close to 8 hours and Nick helped us out to make sure there were no gaps. Our movers, Tijender and Sameer were excellent and diligent. They reached before time, kept us updated on their route plus handled everything perfectly well and with care. We had zero breakage or scratches on any of our stuff and had a great experience overall. 1000% recommend everyone to book these guys and give them a chance because they are unlike any other movers.
We recently hired this company for our home move. The movers themselves were polite and hard-working, but the overall experience turned out to be disappointing.When unwrapping our furniture, we discovered our dining table had been excessively wrapped with scotch tape and shrink wrap. After removing it, we found a broken table leg — clearly taped to conceal the damage. We were never informed; we had to discover it ourselves. Few other pieces also had scratch marks.Accidents happen, but attempting to hide damage and failing to resolve it is unacceptable.We notified the company immediately. It has now been over two weeks, and despite repeated follow-ups, there’s no resolution, repair, or compensation offered.As advice to others: clarify billing policies upfront. Out of courtesy, we provided lunch for the movers, who took a break, yet the company billed us for that time as well.Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
Had a very good experience during my move from North York to Scarborough recently with NEST MOVERS. I’ve heard the horror stories of the movers. Nick was my contact point who is smooth and approachable qhen it comes to queries. He was quite professional from follow-ups and has tried visiting my place to provide the estimated time but I missed despite of that, he was still managed to message and update me of the cost for the move along with completing all documentation. Excellent communication and customer service.We contacted a half dozen moving companies to move contents of a 2 bedroom apartment locally. Most provided guesstimates but Nick with Nest movers did the sensible thing and voluntarily came out to see exactly what was involved and give us a clear idea of the costs. His team worked on a strictly hourly basis at a very competitive rate with no additional charges for travel time or distance. He subtracted break times from the charges as well.We had a limited time window and he suggested Having an extra person to make sure the job was completed which turned out to be necessary. His communication before moving day was very good.As there are sometimes issues in this regard, Nick assured us there would be no language issues with the movers he was sending. They did an excellent job.The movers showed up a little late but got right to work packing items we had not done already and they worked diligently through the day.They overcame a number of minor issues very well. The move did take longer than anticipated, but they kept at it the whole time. They took care with our belongings, but when I mentioned a couple of small items that were damaged, Nick took care of it.He also called the following day to follow up and see if we needed any further assistance.Out of the many reviews for nest, there were some negative amongst all the positive. Nick was Very upfront and not hesitant to address those.It was great to deal with a honest business, who does good work and keeps their word.Definitely recommend them.
Unprofessional Service and Broken PromisesWe chose this company because they promised to disassemble and reinstall our gym equipment was confirmed twice in front of my wife and included in the price. On moving day, items went missing, several arrived broken, and no apology was given.The “specialist” sent to reinstall the gym admitted he wasn’t trained for our model and couldn’t finish the job after three hours. We had to hire the original installer, who completed it alone in under 40 minutes.When I called to address these issues, I was interrupted, not allowed to speak, and hung up on. We treated the movers with tips, food, and drinks, but the service we received was disrespectful and unprofessional.Not recommended.
