The moving crew were professional, careful, and efficient, and I would recommend them without hesitation.
Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Rayan, was not positive. He was unresponsive when I tried to confirm the move in advance, and the agreed payment terms were not respected. A 13% HST was added despite an agreement for a cash payment without tax.
The workers did an excellent job, but management needs improvement.

I had a great experience with this moving company. The movers Parm and Indar were patient, friendly, and on time. They listened to all my instructions carefully and handled everything with care, nothing was damaged. They even helped reorganize my property and didn’t get frustrated with me once, despite it being a long process and me being extra picky. The move took more time than expected as it snowy and icy, but it was absolutely worth it because everything was done properly. Overall, I’m happy with their service and would recommend them.

Touchwood movers are one of the best in the business. They helped me with my move when my original packers and movers ditched me on the scheduled move.
Daman understood my situation and got a team scheduled for same day in the evening.
Lakhwinder and Sanchit were really helpful. They came on scheduled time, helped move stuff at a quick pace and delivered my items to new location. Their quality and speed of work was really good.
I would recommend this company for anyone looking for good packers and movers.
