10/10 I highly recommend working with Moving on Up. I contacted several companies looking for quotes for a local move, and Moving on Up stood out from the start. The bookings team was quick and friendly, responding promptly to emails. Their moving team was amazing. Kind and patient, they took the time to pack all the furniture well and treated the items as if they were their own. We were a bit rushed, but the team did an incredible job. They were kind enough to disassemble and reassemble the beds. Nothing was broken, scratched, or damaged during the move. I highly recommend this company, as they had the best prices, but more importantly, their customer service was impeccable. Thanks again for the amazing help with our move!

I booked my move on November 15th. I was very worried because I didn't know which company to hire to move my beds, which had been shipped from Thailand. I contacted Moving On Up and they answered all my questions. I appreciated their communication and patience, and they told me they had professional staff for this type of item. It was an excellent service; my move was from Brantford to Hamilton and everything arrived in perfect condition. I am grateful and highly recommend this company! 10/10!!
