Manny and Greg from Two Men and a Truck Brantford were incredible to work with! They were kind, organized and very careful while working, all while finishing in under the estimated time frame. Also we are so appreciative of the incredible patience from Robin the sales representative for working with our schedule. I would highly recommend anyone looking for movers to give them a call, you won't be disappointed!
I chose Two Men and a Truck because their online booking was easy, they were the first company to get back to me with a reasonable quote, and their reviews were excellent. Robin helped me with the quote and walked me through the process, she was great.The movers arrived on time and were polite and professional. Unfortunately, one mover had recently had surgery and couldn’t lift much, which meant most of the heavy lifting fell on one person and things took longer than expected. At one point, they couldn’t lift my couch together and had to call for additional help, which caused further delays.Everyone involved was apologetic and handled the situation as best they could.They were able to get the couch up the stairs and to my apartment door but said they could not get it through the doorway. After they left, my mom and I were able to get the couch through the door ourselves, within a few minutes. While it was heavy and we couldn’t have gotten it up the stairs without help, it was still disappointing that the job wasn’t fully completed.Because of the delays, the movers took two hours off my total, and when I called to express my concerns, Nick apologized and took an additional hour off, which I appreciated. However, cigarette butts were left near my door, the stairwell door was left wide open, and packing materials were left behind, which felt unprofessional.I don’t blame the movers personally, they were polite and kind. Someone recovering from surgery shouldn’t be scheduled for this type of work. This seems like a rare misstep given the company’s strong reputation, and I wanted to leave an honest review. It wasn't all bad but it wasn't all good either.
From the moment I called and spoke to Robin to the last piece being moved into our new office space the team was amazing. 5 men and 2 trucks got it done for us.Robin came to the old location gave us her recommendation and we were so grateful we went along with all her suggestions.The care they took to move our stuff was amazing and moving my Christmas display was priceless. Robin herself assumed that role and moved my stuff with pride and care like it was her own!Definitely use Two Men and A Truck. You won’t be disappointed ??

I couldn't be more than satisfied with everything done.We had them move and store a piano for us and they were extremely accommodating.We also had a move and the crew that showed up were phenomenal. Manny, Ethan, and Shawn were amazing. They were extremely careful and quick. When we arrived at our new home the told us all the options for unloading have and they didn't rush to get it over with. They were ready and willing to do everything they needed to do to make our move easy.Robin was my main point of contact regarding the moves and scheduling and she was outstanding as well.Moving is extremely stressful and everyone I dealt with at two men and a truck exceeded my expectationsHighly recommended!
