Since I have been moving back and forth,all my stuff has been sent by la rosa del monte, honestly I haven't had any issues,all my boxes have been in great shape,nothing broken,and they always ,I mean always,they have given me,a great service,That's why i recommend la rosa del monte, keep up the good service!!!
Well it has been 11 weeks since they picked up my belongings in PR and still have not received them in NY. I call all they say it’s in transit. They don’t offer a more detail information. They don’t call the Crowley to see what’s going on. Nothing. I asked for the supervisor and I was told he has not been coming to work. To try and call after 9:30 am because that’s when he usually shows up if he comes. I was also told by their assistant that a lot of other clients are having the same issue.
