Brandon visited us to give us an estimate several days before our scheduled move. He said a three man crew would be there at 10 AM on moving day.Instead he called us at 9:30 AM on moving day to tell us his truck was broken down but that a mechanic was on the way. He called back again to tell us the mechanic couldn't repair the truck and that he would get a rental truck. He called a third time to tell us that he couldn't get a rental truck because U-Haul claimed he owed them $200 and they wouldn't rent a truck to him until he paid it. At this point, he told us we should hire another mover.When we offered to rent the truck ourselves, he said his moving crew already had abandoned him. Then I heard a girl in the background say something racial towards another man in the background, just honestly do not recommendBut luckily, the good guys at 2 men and a truck came to our rescue the same day!
Helping Hands Movers came by and moved some very heavy furniture for us.They were fast, clean, prepared, and courteous. Well worth the price. Will definitely use them again.
Very friendly and QUICK. They moved me last month out of my 2 bed into another 2 bed, disassembled and reassembled furniture, and were incredibly organized all in one hour. All of my belongings were taken care of. Worth the price. They, uhh, were late as hell though so prepare for that lol otherwise amazing service I would use them again.
I had an excellent experience with Brandon and the crew! They were prompt, polite, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. They handled very large and awkwardly shaped items with ease and care, making what could have been a stressful day run smoothly.I especially appreciated how communicative they were, always checking in to make sure everything was placed exactly how I wanted it.I couldn’t have asked for a better team—efficient, respectful, and hardworking. I would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone looking for reliable movers!
