Reviews frequently mention on-time arrivals, courteous crews, and efficient loading and unloading. Positive comments note organized teamwork and careful placement in multi-story homes. Critical feedback cites instances of furniture damage, issues with shrink wrap on upholstered items, and challenges reaching the office for claims. Some customers also mention billing for drive time from and back to the office affecting total cost.

I would not use this company again. They charge you from the time they leave their office, to the time they get back to the office (which can significantly increase your total move time and cost, and can be easily abused). For example, I was told the movers would call and tell me when they were on their way, but they did not. Then one of the movers told me they had trouble finding my apt building, and were circling around for a while, for who knows how long (meanwhile my old building is right at the entrance and is clearly numbered- plus any maps app brings you straight to my building). Once they saw that I already moved all of my smaller items myself and they only had to do big furniture, the 3 men took their sweet time wrapping up my furniture and loading it up. I was also told they only take cash tips which is shady (seems like they just pocket it and don’t report the tip). When moving furniture into my new apt they did not put down carpet protectors until they were almost done moving things in. It was a slushy mess outside. I was also charged for a mattress bag that was not needed or used since I have my own that the mattress was already in. I even called and informed the company of this before the move, and it was still left on the estimate and bill. I was significantly overcharged. The time from the office to my old apt, and from my new apt back to the office are both under 25 minutes, and the actual move only took 1 hour and 40 minutes which is a total of 2.5 hours, meanwhile I was charged for 3 full hours. That’s ridiculous. I guess they must have been circling my old apt for 30+ minutes. Don’t move with this company.

Robert P and Mario S pulled up on time to my Mom’s house. They introduced themselves and they were very personable. They got right to work. They were very efficient and organized. They loaded the truck carefully and quickly. When they arrived at my house, they had to go to the second floor. They didn’t complain; they just went to work and got all that heavy furniture up the stairs and placed it where I wanted it. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone that is moving.

Julie Carroll on Two Men and a Truck Moving

Two Men and a Truck damaged my furniture, partially by poor loading and the rest by shrink wrapping my couch so tightly that the plastic rubbed the fabric bare.

The movers also got dirty snow and salt on upholstered items and then shrink wrapped them like that. Other furniture was discovered to be missing key hardware once unwrapped, and one dresser had a broken piece placed inside a drawer for me to discover. A large mirror broke before it even left my old house, as it had been loaded unwrapped and loose on top of a dresser and slid out onto the street as soon as the door was opened.

The Cheektowaga office took my call once, told me someone would call me back, and has been dodging me ever since. The phone goes to voicemail when I call now, even if I call during business hours.

This will go to small claims court if there is no resolution. I do not recommend this company.

While the movers themselves were not bad, they did cause some damage to my furniture. They owned up to it, told me how to go about submitting a claim. However, I have reached out several times now and nobody will get back to me. This incident occurred 12.17.25. It’s now 1.3.26. It may not look like much but there’s a giant gash in my couch and the couch and chair were scuffed.

Cosmic Fitness, LLC on Two Men and a Truck Moving

Yesterday I had one of the most pleasant moving experiences I have ever had. Thank you to Andrea for all of her time and persistence as I was trying to finalize my least negotiations with my new landlords. Yesterday was moving day, my crew was awesome! They arrived promptly at 8:30 AM, and Steve and I created a plan for himself, AJ, Will, Steph & Dom. We had the truck packed in a little under 3 hours, and they had it unloaded in 2 hours. My current lease runs 5 years with another option for three. But if I ever have to move again, I will not hesitate to contact Two Men and a Truck again. Six stars gents!
