Had a very difficult move this week, 4 different stops with on loads and offloads to be done. Kevin the team lead was awesome and the 2 staff members were quick, efficient and pleasant to be around. There was an issue with being unable to have the elevator on service on the last location and Kevin sweet talked the staff into letting them use the elevator (not on service) so saving us some money on the mover. Thank you guys for a job well done.
The two gentlemen who were sent to do our move did a great job.They were careful, quick and respectful of our space and items. Took extra care when packaging up fragile items and even made sure that they were putting things into the correct rooms instead of just dropping everything in a convenient location.Would definitely recommend them to handle your moving needs!
Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Quote process was simple. Gave us a couple days to decide, no high pressure. Moving day; guys called when they were 20 mins out, 2 fellows arrive on time, with all the needed equipment. Blankets, wrap, tape, wheeled carts etc. They made VERY short work of taking things apart and getting them on the truck. At the new place, unloaded while they waited for another moving crew to release the elevator. Once they could they hustled the stuff up to the new place. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful guys. Took good care of our things and really made the process smooth. Impressive from start to finish.
Curtis and Sam did a great job returning my furniture after renovations. They were very mindful of my newly painted walls and new hardwood floors. There was a lot of commotion around the house with other contractors finishing up, which didn't make their job any easier. They were very professional and friendly throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Two Men and a Truck and Sam and Curtis to anyone!
Probably the absolute WORST moving experience I've ever had. The moving crew damaged brand new flooring, walls, stair treads, and were unable to put our king bed together because they did it wrong three times, on the fourth attempt they ended up stripping the screws and I had to replace the bed altogether. This company does not follow up on damages and I'm still waiting to hear back from them (almost 2 months later and still nothing). I was told on my third phone call that I should have read the terms and conditions. So I'm guessing there is a fine print that says Two Men and a Truck are not responsible for damages. I have requested that they return to attempt to fix the damages, and yet still, no response nor do they care. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!**Update, called to speak to Wendell Costello to "turn my experience around", and Jerry pretty much acted in accordance with my whole experience with the move as noted in my review. They do not care. Jerry was dismissive and didn't want to deal with the situation.**
