They’re very easy going and great to work with. They adapt to unforeseen situations very well (pouring rain, tight elevators and corridors). We had the chance to use Professional Movers Burnaby and overall we were very happy with the service. While the final cost ended up a bit higher than the original quote due to the move taking longer with two movers, the experience itself was very positive. If we were to do it again, we would likely request three movers to help speed things up.Kamal and Aman were professional, polite, and consistently checked in with us throughout the move. There was a small issue with a cabinet hinge, but they took care of it right away, which we really appreciated.Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
