The whole experience with AMJ was excellent. Kirk came to my home and gave me a very accurate estimate on the cost and time of move. The packing team was friendly, efficient and fast and took great care with my items. The 3 gentlemen that moved my contents took great care of my furniture and wrapped everything so there was no damage whatsoever. I highly recommend AMJ

I had a deeply distressing and unprofessional experience with AMJ Campbell during my relocation from Waterloo to NY.1. Hostile Environment and Medical DiscriminationThe packing process was completely unacceptable. Although the coordinator instructed us to assist by opening boxes, the packer became inexplicably hostile toward my boyfriend when he tried to help. She told us we were "interfering" and demanded we stay away from her son (which is one of the moving crew that she brought).Most disturbingly, she repeatedly harassed me for coughing—which is due to my chronic asthma—claiming it was "affecting" her. She used my medical condition as a pretext to repeatedly threaten to stop working and leave the job unfinished. Her comments comparing me to "other customers" felt like targeted discrimination and made me feel unwelcome and harassed in my own home.2. Property Damage due to NegligenceThe lack of professionalism extended to the handling of our belongings. Despite being paid for professional packing and loading, the crew was careless. Both a lamp and my Dyson air purifier were damaged during the process. The Dyson now has structural cracks and detached seals due to improper handling.ConclusionBetween the verbal threats, the unprofessionalism and the blatant medical discrimination, and the actual damage to my property, this has been a nightmare experience. I strongly advise others to avoid AMJ Campbell if you value your belongings and your basic dignity as a customer.
Amazing experience. Very happy and will gladly use them again. Referred by family who were also highly satisfied. The entire process from initial contact to walk though and estimate and move itself was professional and seamless with solid clear communication. Kirk, who did the walkthrough and estimate was personable and informative. Office staff were professional and helpful. Moving team was exceptional, fast efficient, hard working, friendly, careful with walls, floors, and furniture and were very accommodating with move in and setup. Very hap[y with the price and the entire process. Highly recommend.
We are extremely happy with the professionalism and hard work that our crew of 3 guys from AMJ did for us. Over the course of 2 days all of our treasures and contents were safely moved into our new home. It was a big move for my family and I.
