iStorage

March 2026. ?? Candice, Tara and Mireya at all three facilities are great people. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure your taken care of. CONS : The company as a whole isn't run very well. Upper management is lacking responsibility and integrity. These facilities are falling apart and cooperate people drag their feet when repairs need to be done. I believe investors need to know this.

We rent two spaces at iStorage and have had a really positive experience. I especially want to give a shout out to Candice, who manages the facility. She’s always friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to interact with — she even takes the time to wave and say hello whenever she sees us, which goes a long way. She’s incredibly responsive whenever we’ve had a repair need or concern, and it’s clear she cares about the tenants and the property. Candice makes renting here easy and stress-free, and she’s a big reason we’ve had such a great experience with iStorage.

Renter beware. Thought this place was a good deal in storage at $125/month. Within 2 months, they raised the rent to $180. It would have been nice to know the rate I was initially provided was just an 'Introductory Rate'. That would had allowed to make a better informed choice in storage selection. And one of their 2 entrance gates has been broken since move in with no evidence that it will be addressed anytime soon.

A huge shoutout to Candice, she is absolutely fantastic. I called right at 10 a.m to confirm my online rental and she answered promptly, ended up having a slightly damaged unit and she immediately moved me to a new unit. She went over my lease in detail with me too. She is a great person, extremely friendly, and provided such a wonderful service. We have had multiple units throughout Moundhouse and Carson City, and this iStorage location is the best! The units are clean, we haven’t had any issues with mice or bugs, easy access, and it is gated. The process to get a unit is SO easy and you can access it same day. I highly recommend this location!
