After notifying Ken the owner about canceling my moving appointment, I received a message from Ken that felt unprofessional and a bit confrontational. Ken mentioned not even scheduling me yet as a “blessing” and announced a $100 booking fee policy to charge customers who cancel.The whole time, I was under the impression that I was already scheduled since Ken asked for my email and said he would send a quote on the day of the move. This made the cancellation feel confusing and confrontational.While I understand businesses need policies, the way this was communicated left a bad impression. If you’re considering their services, be aware that cancellation policies might be strict and the tone of communication may not be as respectful as expected.Proceed carefully and make sure you clarify all terms upfront.

Ken and his team were incredible to work with. Ken was responsive, professional, and has a great disposition to make you feel at ease with your belongings. They moved a very large dining room cabinet and hutch, probably bigger and heavier than what was expected, and professionally wrapped them before loading them up and moving across the county.
