Don't use this place they will lie to you and charge you extra. A lot extra.I rented a trailer for single day use to drive back and forth from Chandler. The original fee was $30. There was an enormous accident on I-10 which prevented me from returning it to this location. I called u-haul customer service and they told me to leave it in another location in Chandler and that I wouldn't be charged for it because of the extenuating circumstances. SURPRISE! The bill came and they charged me $200 for an additional 2 days rental and a wrong destination fee. Then they sent me an email saying that they made the mistake of telling me to drop it off in Chandler and they were giving me a $50 certificate. Why would they give me $50 for their admitted $170 my mistake? Hours of phone calls later they have my case with the regional president to see if they can correct this charge.Time will tell if this has to be settled in small claims court.

This was my first time at this location. Synorris h was very friendly, helpful and has excellent customer service. I will recommend this location to anyone who is looking for this service. And how to improve for the next customer have Synorris h run the front desk with a raise.
The truck had a cabin light cover and a screwdriver on the seat when I rented it, but it wasn’t a big deal whatsoever. It ran great and the rental experience was fast and easy. The gentleman in the office was friendly and informative. Would rent here again.
