From the very first conversation, they were professional, thorough and helpful. I spoke to them 3 times prior to the actual moving day to discuss details which helped me to feel assured that they would show up. They arrived earlier than our time slot but I was grateful for it.The movers worked very well as a team and my items were cared for. Brandon even helped me rearrange the storage unit. They were friendly, polite and very considerate! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
We have used Academy Movers twice in the last 2 weeks and plan to schedule again soon.Their scheduling staff is polite and thorrough. The crew that came was very polite, clean and very easy to work with. They have a 2 hour minimum which we have not needed twice. It would be nice customer service if you can save some portion of that time for future tasks.Their price per hour is reasonable but the 2 hour minimum turns cost way up if you can not use their services for a full 2 hours.Overall satisfied with their service and would highly recommend using Academy Movers.
We were looking for a moving company to help us out with our move on 01/13/26. They were wonderful at accommodating our needs, professional in their communication and very careful with our furniture. Great work, communication, and pricing. These guys came recommended to me and lived up to my expectations. We had to move my parent into a senior living facility and they were very careful with the furniture. Their communication throughout the process was exceptional and the pricing was crystal clear. There were no surprises. I would definitely use their service again and I do recommend.
??????????My sister helped me book this moving company when I needed to move on pretty short notice a few weeks ago, and I’m so glad she did! From start to finish, their customer service was excellent. The movers were efficient, careful, and very attentive to detail. They even went above and beyond by fixing one of my son’s wooden bed frames that had been broken before the move. They took the time to drill and secure the wood properly, and it's been weeks and it’s holding up pretty well.They worked quickly but with care, making sure everything was handled safely and professionally. They were also so patient with my three boys, especially my two oldest, who asked a million questions and loved talking with them. The movers were kind, understanding, and even helped keep my boys entertained, which made the moving process much smoother for me.Overall, I truly appreciate how efficient, helpful, and thoughtful they were throughout the entire move. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!
