I loved my movers. They were early. They were professional and curteous. I asked lots of questions and they were able to answer them for me. My quote was very affordable and reasonable. Ms. Kayla and I was in constant communication with the arrival times and what to be expected. I would definitely use Miracle Movers in the future.

***Response to Miracle Movers ***The problem with this situation is no one from your company took any time to contact me to discuss the matter. I called Miracle Movers a total of 10 times, attempting to speak with a manager to have someone come out and look at the bed frame. I left three messages, with no return call.Again, no one took time to contact me back to even listen to my concerns and discuss a resolution. The bed frame has not been adjusted by anyone else except Miracle Movers.The time lapse is due to my mother recently informing me of the problems she was having over time with the height of the bed frame.Again, I urge everyone to locate a different moving company - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!It's truly poor customer service and poor management when a prior customer requests a return call to discuss the company's mistake, but instead does not even get a return call!!All this company cares about is making a quick buck - They don't care about building and maintaining customers. They won't even acknowledge when they've made a mistake.You're a poor excuse for a manager and your company will continue to suffer the consequences.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!I hired Miracle Movers in September 2025 to move my mother from her home, into an assisted-living facility. The two movers had to disassemble and reassemble my mother's bed frame. During the move, I noticed the movers overly taking their time to move my mother's contents as if they were purposely extending the time so I'd be charged more. I would periodically observe the movers and noticed on several occasions that one of the movers was standing still, watching a game on his phone. At the assisted-living facility, the movers reassembled my mother's bed frame higher than it was before. My mother is elderly, walks with a cane and has mobility issues. She's having problems getting in and out of the bed. I called the company to discuss having movers come back out to adjust the height of the bed frame. I called twice and spoke with someone named Kayla. She said she would contact her manager and call me back. I have not heard back from anyone with Miracle Movers.In fact, I've called 10 more times since then, and keep getting a voicemail. I've submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. I would not advise anyone to hire this company. They only care about making as much money as they can from customers, and they don't care at all about customer service. It's shameful how they conduct business. Do not hire these people!!
Broken unusable dining table with two legs snapped off and irresponsible packing of framed items leading to dents. The low damage settlement offered to us came with a non disclosure term which caveats that the settlement received will have restrictions from posting negative reviews. I wish that I would have known that as unfortunately, we based our decision on the Google review scores! See Yelp reviews for a clearer reality. We declined the payout and will not recommend this company to anyone. The damage done was not from the move itself, it was done by the the poorly trained movers who did not use ANY packing material to pack several of our items, crammed several items into the same box, and left corners of the boxed items fully exposed. Add that to the day of move confusion, last minute switching of mover resources, delayed communication on broken items, wrong phone numbers provided, 30+ calls to the company with zero calls back, just all around VERY bad. We paid $60 per box that we did not pack (more for framed items) AND whatever the per pound charge was. We have moved overseas twice and cross country several times and we have never had a terrible low rate experience such as this. The company took no responsibility for their lack of trained professionals but as most people need to sign away the opportunity to post a negative review, you will likely only see positive reviews online. Pathetic.
