I hired this company to do a local one bedroom move. The service took longer than I anticipated with two movers coming to assist. The movers were a few hours late and I was given a discount to compensate. The move didn’t complete until pretty late and as a result, I did not do a thorough review of my items before they left. The next day I was able to see the extent of the damage. Three pieces of my furniture: a standing desk, a dresser, and a coffee table have visible damages, one of which I will just have to replace. Although I love the concept of the company, I would not use them again.
DO NOT USE!! Only two movers showed because one had to cancel last minute for valid reasons. Undergrad told me they were finding a third mover but then stopped updating me and didn’t respond when I reached out. Of the two movers that did show, Jay was very hard working but my husband had to take over for the second mover to prevent further damage to our furniture he was causing due to not being strong enough. Undergrad was unable to move our refrigerator as scheduled so now we have to hire another company to come on short notice.
The guys that showed up were nice but not at all prepared. No dolleys or any equipment at all which meant they were carrying boxes 1 by 1 and it took very long. Not sure if they did that to get paid more but they also didn't even manage to finish moving everything from my appt to a pod in the parking lot in 3 hours . Definitely not worth what I paid for
I had a great experience with Undergrads Moving. Peyton and Henry were quick with unloading the truck with my belongings. Although, I didn't have a lot mostly boxes, they were still careful with handling those items..They finished well before the 2 hour window. Thank you for your help!
Ethan and Cornell did an outstanding job. I had a large amount of furniture to bring downstairs. They were on time, professional, courteous and efficient. I have 2 set of stairs requiring a 90° rotation and they managed to move everything with minimal marring to the walls. Ethan was extremely patient and a great problem solver with finding the best way to maneuver around the turns. I will highly recommend you all to anyone that needs help moving. Thank you!!
