I moved from Philadelphia to Boston on February 2 using your company. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.Despite being packed in its original manufacturer’s box, my expensive coffee machine was broken during the move. I clearly labeled fragile items, yet the movers did not handle them with care and stacked all boxes together indiscriminately.During unloading, I explicitly requested that the movers either remove their shoes or use shoe covers to protect the cleaned carpet and floors in my new apartment. One mover explicitly refused to comply. As a result, the apartment was left noticeably dirty after the move.I paid approximately $200 in tips to the movers before discovering the damage to my property and the condition of the apartment, which I deeply regret.I contacted your team by email regarding the broken coffee machine, but I have received no response. In addition, the insurance coverage provided appears to be ineffective and offers no meaningful protection.Based on this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and believe the online reviews do not reflect the actual quality of the move. Do not use this company.

We moved into our new yesterday with the help of Isaac and Kazbek (K) from WellKnown Moving Co. They worked quickly, efficiently, and with minimal complications. We had just gotten the walls painted and they did not leave any marks or scuffs anywhere while moving bulky items up our staircase.The only complication we ran into was that when we initially booked their service, we had inquired if the movers would assemble some items (2 bed frames) for us. The receptionist helping us with the booking told us that this service is included in the package with moving. The movers themselves were caught by surprise when we asked them to assemble the beds. They informed us that they were not told they would be doing this and contacted their manager. The movers still set up our beds expertly and we are thankful they still did this for us. The process would have been easier for everyone if the movers were made aware of what the whole job would have been.
