From my very first interaction, this moving company was outstanding. They were responsive to my quote request and answered all of my email questions quickly and thoroughly.On moving day, they showed up on time and never once complained even though it was 1 degrees outside and snowing! The crew was professional, efficient, and worked well together as a team. The movers who came out today were excellent. They quickly removed furniture that was no longer needed and moved my very heavy treadmill efficiently and safely. They worked fast, were extremely polite, and handled everything with care. I really appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude. I would absolutely recommend this team.
We made a 30ish mile move recently and had two days. The first day was 10-8:30pm with two trucks. The second day was one truck and only part of a day.The first day review:The crew we had was: Charlie, Nick, John, Tony, Bryce, and Q. They were amazing! They treated both houses with great care. They were professional, kind to our kids, and trustworthy. They seemed to have a really good system with communication with each other and a work ethic like you wouldn't believe. I would call some of our move logistics tricky, but they didn't complain and stayed hard working and upbeat to the end. Looking into the trucks, they way they organized it and wrapped everything so carefully was so reassuring. All of our furniture and items were treated with care. They listened carefully to all requests and communicated well when they had placement questions. Neither my husband nor myself had one complaint or thing we would have changed.Second day:We only had three of the previous crew, but they were all as excellent as before.Thank you to everyone involved. You did a fantastic job, and thank you for all the care you showed with our things.
The Dielman team was fantastic. Our office was in the middle of a remodeling project and needed to move furniture out of offices and into others temporarily then back again. Due to construction our move date was not set in stone and had to be done in stages Dielman was very understanding and accommodating. The guys went out of their way to get the move done quickly and quietly during operating hours without disturbing our employees. Everyone at Dielman was polite and a pleasure to work with.
