Berto and Elias provided one of the best most professional moving services I’ve ever had. They arrived on time and prepared and moved my valuables with the utmost care. I would definitely use Collins family again should I ever need moving services in Chicago. Multiple people in my building witnesses the care and thoughtfulness employed as they prepared many pieces of large and heavy furniture for the move. I usually only provide negative reviews after an awful experience, but I felt compelled to sing the praises of this crew and company. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

These guys are amazing and super fast. Not a scratch, everything was perfectly packed and delivered intact. A plus how friendly and nice they are! Picture of Jeremy caring 11 boxes Wow! We also worked with William and Arturo, they are GREAT.

The drivers kept in contact with arrival time and arrived ready to start the move. They took care of all the furniture expertly and explained their wrapping technique. Their experience was evident and completed our move a storage facility without incident. I recommend Collins Movers for anyone moving.

Jeremey and William were sooo great! The communication was on point. I was nervous that they weren’t going to be able to find the loading dock since it was on lower wackier but these guys are pros and we’re able to find the location with no questions asked. Not only were they super professional but they did an amazing job in this FREEEEZING weather. It was my first time moving and they both made the move so much more easier and stress free. Although I hope I never have to move- I’ll deff be requesting these guys again.

William, Jeremy, and Jesus did a great job today moving items on behalf of the after-school program I help run. The origin location had 5 flights of stairs and they had to carry a Canon copier plus a 7 XL bookshelves from the 3rd and 4th floors with no elevator at the origin. At no time did they complain, and they kept cheery and communicative throughout. William was an excellent crew chief and had excellent customer service and knowledge of the moving process and paperwork. I also appreciated that everything from the move booking to the paperwork and payment was handled electronically. I got multiple email confirmations, a text message confirmation the day before, and a phone call an hour before the driver arrived...all good things to help alleviate any anxiety of if the movers are going to show up or not. Also shoutout to John Cabangis, the manager who helped book my move, and who also helped workout some discounts when he found out we were a nonprofit charity.
