Although I appreciate ODM accommodating my move on short notice, the moving experience wasn't what I expected from an almost 5 star company. I ordered 3 movers for 6 hours. One of the movers was an hour late. When moving the bed frames down the stairs, they damaged my drywall. They also damage my TV. It look like it had fallen during the move. They should have covered both the damaged wall and TV, but only replaced the TV three months later. The customer service is not good, as they push the cost of their damage onto the customer.
Ola, Jay, and Joseph did a great job with my move. They were super efficient, and handled bad weather and elevator issues like total pros. Big thanks to Mike and Jasmine too, they were very patient and helpful with all my questions and last-minute changes!
Jaylen and Jermaine were a great help! They helped my place everything in the correct rooms and were very professional! Thanks guys. Ondemand got us scheduled with 3 days notice. Thank you all for the help on this short notice move.
Jaylen and Joseph were great. On time, friendly, upbeat, FAST. Less than an hour for some very big and very heavy pieces and put things backbtigether. . Will use On Demand Movers again and will certainly request Jaylen and Joseph next time.
