BIG THANK YOU to Tyler & River! I hate moving...I think everyone does. I didn't have alot to move but it's still a super stressful time to get through. I had an accident yesterday and was unable to be at the move origin, but My Guy was. He said they showed up on time, were super fast and kept him laughing. I did meet them back at the final destination and thought "yup, my kinda people." Tyler was super nice and funny, cracking jokes and laughing. He offered to take our garbage and junk to the dump which was a massive time saver. We really appreciate gestures like this and it took a massive weight off me to know was all handled so well. I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recomend.

We used Alert Moving this week after receiving a favourable quote from their sales manager who came to the house to estimate it. We are so happy with their work. These guys were friendly, quick and careful with our furniture. The use of their wardrobe boxes to move our clothes was a great touch. The job was done quicker than we thought it would be, saving us money and time. We highly recommend this company for a move!
Recently moved in January. Items were in storage for eight months. Starting with the contract and how it was written there was a problem with the storage costs as well , that was sorted out early on.Once we received our items the Gong Show started. Imagine of 4000 square-foot home being unloaded by two people ! one inexperienced and the other one did not want to be there.Things were haphazardly placed And rammed into doorways which resulted in broken screens, and dents in drywall and jams. This was a new home. Comments from the men were “we are doing the best we can this is why you have insurance”. ????? And who packed you? OMG!!!Several furniture pieces damaged or parts lost. Furniture repair company is here finally (Sept). We moved in Jan. He is To use his coloured felt pen to touch up nothing more.Mstr bed frame pencil post solid Maple has a crack . The bed isn’t square cracked headboard at the base. Their comment.. it was like that.DO NOT use Alert Moving and StorageDO NOT pay extra for the insurance. Nothing seems to be covered?They don’t return phone calls and any damage items you receive .025 on the dollar. Take it or leave as we were told.Going to court.
Best moving company ever. They just today moved us from Chilliwack to 108 Mile Ranch and it was the best move. We have just over 21000 pounds of stuff and not only was the price reasonable the crew was amazing. Even though the volume was staggering Ken, Joe, Derek and Josh worked tirelessly to load the two trucks then reverse the process the next day. Careful and conscientious always but a well seasoned crew who had fun and joked with us and each other as they slogged through it. Everything was where is was supposed to be and nothing damaged, it was fantastic. Kudos also to estimator Travis for being so close to the actual weight and Leisa in the office for her absolutely wonderful help. We highly recommend Alert for your next move.
