Your deposits will not be returned. We just did our move and they promised supposedly within minutes we would have our initial deposit and secondary deposit refunded. Days later and nothing. They call it a hold, but it’s not a hold, it’s an actual transaction. The money cleared and was never returned. They have ignored the follow up messages to receive our money in return. We paid them via Zelle like they stated and provided the proof. Seems like a scam to me. Find other movers unless you like to pay twice for the same move.One more important thing to mention: their crew is super slow. We did this exact move 1 year ago and the drive was further. That crew took 3 hours back then. The Move Central crew took 6 hours this time. The guys were taking breaks on our paid time, on their phones half the time and not very careful banging things against walls at the new home.Not only did they take double the time, they kept our deposits which created double the expense for us. Who would have thought we’d have better luck with movers from Facebook Marketplace, vs. what seemed to be a good company on google. Be careful when hiring. Find a better company to work with!

Frank and Oscar were amazing. Booking movers for your daughter when you live across the country isn't always easy but this was. There was a lot of communication every step so I always knew what was going on. The movers went above and beyond helping get it all done quickly and efficiently. My daughter told me this was her easiest move and best christmas gift.
