The negative review is for the company, not the workers Rufus and Gio. I contracted the company to move a 900 hot tub from a backyard to a flatbed trailer for $350. Contract states 2-3 movers would be provide and I agreed to help in advance. Rufus called the company and stated he needed a third guy. No one showed up. The seller of the hot tub helped. The hot tub was damaged immediately when it was put on the wheel carts. The company stated it was my fault for not removing the panels. An experienced hot tub mover would have let me know to remove the panel. The company said it is all my fault and refuses to discuss a fair and equitable solution. This post is not about the money as I tipped the guys $150 on a $350 job.
