Reviews
What customers say
Several customers praised the crews' speed and efficiency, as well as their careful handling. One customer described the careful delivery of a player piano weighing over 1,000 pounds to a basement. Another reported changing delivery estimates, a final charge more than double the original quote, belongings warehoused after a staffing shortage, and rude customer service.
Customer Reviews
Lynda Marshall
The worst. Deceptive practices. Everyone you speak to gives different time frame for
Delivery. Price changed several times. We ended up paying more than double the original quote. Then we find out they unloaded and warehoused our items due to a shortage of man power. You wait and wait and call and call and still no delivery. Guy in customer service was beyond rude and condescending. He should NOT work
In the service industry. This was the WORST possible experience with a moving company.

I was very pleased with Best Choice Movers. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was worried about a player piano that weighs over 1000 pounds. They were careful and delivered the piano to a basement location.
